Hey, my name is Olivia!
I started Liv Prime Training, LLC for many reasons. Firstly, fitness and personal wellness in all its aspects are my passion. I have spent over 8 years experimenting, studying and learning the best ways to build and maintain optimal health of the human body, and continue to learn every day. Secondly, I want to share my knowledge with the world. I believe the most important aspect of a person’s happiness is their health and that it is an endeavor that each and every person owes it to themselves to pursue, but everyone needs guidance! That’s where I can help you!
It started out as an obsession with my appearance, which many can relate to. The desire to be skinny and beautiful plagued me from middle school until I discovered body-building. I learned that building strength inspires confidence and builds character outside of the gym. That principle has shaped every aspect of my life and enabled me to learn through trial-and-error what works to maintain not only your ideal physique, but your highest level of health.
I specialize in body-recomposition and transformations for men and women whether it be to step on stage for a competition, get ready for a special event, or just reach a weight and health goal!
